• Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and sales information in software or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for order processing and updates.

• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
