Job Description:

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries

Explain products/services, offers, and benefits to customers

Generate leads and fix appointments for sales teams

Maintain call records and customer information

Follow scripts and company guidelines

Handle customer objections professionally

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Coordinate with sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage

Pleasant telephone manner
