Job Opening – VMC Setter
Company: Samay Surgical Pvt. Ltd.
Position: VMC Setter
Location: Khambha, Rajkot, Gujarat
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day & Night)
Week Off: Wednesday
Key Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in VMC machine setting
- Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi and Siemens Controllers
- Knowledge of machine setup, fixture setup, tool setting, and offset correction
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
- Experience in first-piece inspection and maintaining quality standards
- Understanding of machining parameters, cutting tools, and production processes
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and tooling issues
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up VMC machines as per production requirements
- Ensure proper fixture, tool, and job setup before production
- Verify dimensions through first-piece approval
- Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards
- Reduce machine downtime and improve setup efficiency
- Coordinate with Production, Programming, and QC teams
- Maintain machine cleanliness and production records
