Job Description
My duties and
responsibilities in this position are:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek out potential customers through various channels, including
direct visiting and referrals.
2. Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their energy needs and
consumption patterns. Conduct a thorough analysis of their energy
requirements to recommend suitable solar solutions that align with their
budget and goals.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the solar industry, including
solar panels, inverters, energy storage systems, govt policy and services. Be
able to communicate the benefits and advantages of solar technology to
potential customers effectively.
4. Customized Proposals: Prepare tailored proposals outlining the features, benefits, and
cost savings associated with the proposed solar solutions. Present the
information in a clear and compelling manner to secure customer buy-in.
5.
Sales Negotiation: Skillfully
negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment options with customers. Strive
to reach win-win agreements that satisfy both the customer and the company's
objectives.
6. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Continuously monitor progress and implement strategies to overcome challenges
and maximize sales performance.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to
ensure timely and right installation of the system.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and sales pipelines In the CRM. Provide regular reports to the
sales manager to track performance and forecast future sales.
9. Payment Collection: Collecting the payment from the customer as per the schedule of
the project.
10. After
Sales Support: Ensure
Grid connectivity and Subsidy release to the customer after the installation
of the system. I
will ensure to get minimum to referral from each customer.
