**Position:** HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations)

**Location:** Rajnandgaon (Sadar Line)

**Department:** Human Resources

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Off)

### **Job Summary**

Akash Camera Production is looking for a highly energetic, disciplined, and execution-focused HR Executive who can efficiently follow systems and help scale the team from 15 to 200 employees. The primary focus of this role is recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining a strong team culture.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Post job openings daily on platforms like Indeed, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other relevant channels

* Make 20–30 candidate calls daily for screening and follow-ups

* Schedule interviews and ensure candidate availability

* Conduct initial screening interviews

* Coordinate with management for final interview rounds

* Handle onboarding process and documentation of selected candidates

* Manage payroll and maintain employee attendance records

* Maintain HR data and reporting in Excel/CRM

* Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and company culture within the team

* Regular follow-up with new hires to improve retention

### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* 5–10 successful hires per week

* Minimum 20+ candidate calls daily

* 60%+ interview show-up rate

* 70%+ employee retention for at least 30 days

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Strong communication and convincing skills

* High energy level with execution mindset

* Ability to handle pressure and targets

* System-following attitude (disciplined and process-oriented)

* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

* Quick learner with problem-solving mindset

### **Education & Experience**

* Experience: HR Recruitment preferred (Freshers with strong attitude can also apply)

* Education: MBA (HR) / Master’s Degree preferred

### **Salary & Incentives**

* Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

* Incentive: ₹300 – ₹500 per successful hiring

* Bonus: ₹1000 for each employee completing 30 days

### **Selection Process**

1. Initial Interview

2. Practical Task:

  * Make 20 candidate calls in 1 day

  * Schedule at least 5 interviews

3. Final Selection based on performance

### **Important Note**

This role requires strict system following and high execution. Candidates with a “learning and doing” attitude will be preferred over those with rigid mindsets.
