Salary Range ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
2. ABOUT THE ROLE
Akash Camera Productions is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills in English, and hands-on experience handling clients through online channels (calls, video calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
This is a target-oriented, office-based role. You will be the front-face of our sales operations — responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings, managing client relationships, and driving consistent business growth.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Conversion
Handle incoming inquiries and proactively convert leads into confirmed bookings
Conduct professional client interactions via calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and email
Present company services and packages confidently and persuasively in English
Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure zero lead leakage
Online Client Management
Manage and respond to online leads generated through social media, campaigns, and referrals
Handle complete client communication cycle online — from first contact to booking confirmation
Maintain prompt, professional, and accurate communication across all digital channels
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
Lead & CRM Management
Maintain up-to-date records of all leads, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM/system
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management
Track conversion rates and identify improvement areas in the sales funnel
Target Achievement
Own and achieve assigned monthly sales targets without fail
Proactively contribute to business growth and expansion of client base
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication will be preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is MANDATORYMinimum 3 years of proven sales experience is MANDATORY
Experience must be in direct sales, telecalling, B2C sales, or customer handling roles
Prior experience in media, photography, events, or service industry is a strong advantage
Freshers will NOT be considered under any circumstances
5. REQUIRED SKILLS
Communication & Language
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory — you will regularly communicate with clients in English
Hindi proficiency is an added advantage for local coordination
Must be articulate, confident, and professional in all client-facing communication
Sales & Technical Skills
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience handling online clients through digital platforms (email, WhatsApp, video calls, social DMs)
Ability to understand client requirements quickly and pitch the right solution
Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, Google Sheets, email clients, CRM tools
Behavioral Competencies

High ownership and accountability — no excuses, only results
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Professional attitude, presentable personality, and strong business etiquette

6. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Achieve 100% of monthly sales targets assigned by management
Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes during business hours
Maintain a professional tone and accurate information in all client communications
Ensure all lead data and follow-up records are updated in real time
Deliver consistent improvement in conversion rates month-on-month
