Job Title: Production Executive / Production Associate

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate who will support and contribute to our production processes in the manufacturing of lithium inverters and batteries. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily production targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in the production and assembly of lithium inverters and battery units.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Maintain proper workflow on the production floor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Coordinate with the production team and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, machinery, and raw materials.
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of electrical or battery-related components (preferred).
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Qualification:ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or relevant field)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Experience:0–10 years of experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
• Salary:As per industry standards / Based on interview
• Working Location:Rajpura (Factory)
• Additional Information:Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Hands-on training will be provided
