Job Title: Store & Billing Executive

Location: Rajpura

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store & Billing Executive for our Rajpura location. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, and billing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inward and outward material entries
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Handle billing processes and ensure timely invoicing
• Work on Tally ERP for billing, data entry, and stock updates
• Perform daily operations using SB Software (billing, entries, reporting, etc.)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Coordinate with accounts and production teams
• Assist in stock verification and audits

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory
• Experience working on SB Software on a daily basis
• Good understanding of inventory and store management
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Store, Billing, or Inventory Management

Other Requirements:

• Candidate should be based in or near Rajpura
• Must be detail-oriented and reliable
