Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and creative Primary School Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be committed to nurturing young learners academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively in a positive learning environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
- Organize classroom activities, events, and student projects.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Foster creativity, confidence, and independent learning among students.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject.
- D.Ed / B.Ed qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young children.
