Branch Manager - MLAP
- Responsible for managing branch operations and driving micro loan and advance product portfolios. - Oversee inclusive banking activities within the branch to ensure financial inclusion. - Manage customer relationships and lead the branch team to achieve business targets. - Coordinate with regional offices and ensure compliance with banking norms. - Handle multiple locations within Tamil Nadu including Erode, Coimbatore, Sundrapuram, and Ramanathapuram. - Requires leadership skills, banking knowledge, and ability to manage financial products effectively. - Role demands experience in branch management and microfinance or inclusive banking sectors. - Candidate should be adept at team management and customer service excellence.Job role
