Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Open Market Sourcing: Proactively generate leads through field sales, cold calling, and local market activation.
- Channel Partnerships: Build and manage networks with builders, real estate agents, and corporate tie-ups to secure referral leads.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards, or personal loans) to existing borrowers. [1, 2, 3]
- Turnaround Time (TAT): Minimize the time taken from initial customer contact to loan sanction and final disbursement.
- First Time Right (FTR): Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete and accurate upon submission to minimize rework.
- Customer Resolution: Address client queries, provide customized loan solutions, and guide them through interest rates and property valuations. [1, 2, 3]
- Delinquency Control: Source high-quality profiles to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and early defaults.
- KYC/AML Compliance: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines during documentation
