Job Role SummaryThe selected candidate will work as a No-Code Website Development, CRM & Automation Specialist responsible for designing websites, landing pages, funnels, forms, graphics, CRM pipelines, and automation workflow systems using modern SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and cloud-based tools.

The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and implement complete digital systems for clients using drag-and-drop website builders, CRM software, automation workflows, email/SMS systems, and graphic design tools.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development (No Coding)Design and develop professional business websites without coding
• Create responsive landing pages and sales funnels
• Build mobile-friendly websites using drag-and-drop builders
• Design service pages, product pages, and lead generation pages
• Integrate forms, calendars, buttons, and payment systems
• Update website content, images, and layouts regularly
• Connect domains, hosting, and DNS settings
• Optimize websites for user experience and lead generation
• Graphic Design & Creative WorkDesign banners, posters, thumbnails, social media creatives, and website graphics
• Create professional business branding materials
• Work on logo placements, color combinations, and visual presentation
• Design marketing creatives for advertisements and campaigns
• Use Canva or similar tools for high-quality digital designs
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) OperationsSetup and manage CRM pipelines and lead management systems
• Create customer stages, tags, opportunities, and follow-up systems
• Maintain customer databases and communication records
• Track customer interactions and sales progress
• Organize and manage business workflows inside the CRM software
• Automation Workflow ManagementBuild automation workflows for leads, customers, and internal operations
• Setup email automation, SMS automation, and notification systems
• Create automated follow-up sequences and customer journeys
• Integrate forms, funnels, CRM, and communication systems
• Configure triggers, conditions, and workflow actions
• Test and monitor automation performance regularly
