Job Description
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular room and area inspections.
Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate work assignments.
Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
Monitor inventory levels of linens, guest supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments.
Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain housekeeping budgets and control departmental expenses.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
