Branch Sales Manager - Retail
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, team huddles, and enforce structured coaching to build a target-driven culture.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee branch walk-ins, resolve escalated complaints, and build long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
- Business Development: Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities (e.g., channel partnerships, B2B referrals) in your specific area.
- Branch Operations & Compliance: Manage branch budgets, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain standard operational processes.
