We are seeking a dynamic and organized female professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator cum Admission Counselor. This dual role involves overseeing daily office operations as well as guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
• Provide detailed counseling to prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career paths.
• Assist in managing student enrollment and follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain office records, student data, and documentation.
• Ensure effective communication in both English and Hindi.
• Liaise between departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks while providing personalized student guidance.
• A proactive and approachable attitude with a passion for education.
