Educational consultancies in Ranchi—such as Education Co - Ordinator Consultancy Services and Educatif Heritage—focus heavily on personalized guidance and admission support, showing the importance of strong counseling skills in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options

Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries

Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups

Provide detailed information on programs (UG, PG, professional courses, etc.)

Maintain student records and CRM updates

Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processes
