Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Student Enrollment & Lead Management
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct counseling sessions to guide prospective students regarding courses and career paths.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a structured sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, and educational consultants.
- Organize campus drives, seminars, and workshops in collaboration with partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
