Job Description

Accounting & Software: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime 7.0 for two retail locations.

Transaction Management: Record and reconcile all daily cash and online transactions.

Inventory Auditing: Visit both the Rangamati and Sonahatu shop locations every 15 days to physically count liquor stock and verify it against Tally records.

Documentation: Maintain daily cash books (Rokar) in Hindi and English accurately.

Custom Reporting: Prepare and provide specific financial reports or brand-wise stock/sales reports as requested by management.

Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of sales and stock levels to the management.
