Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, experience in accounting software, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain financial records accurately while ensuring statutory compliance.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.
  • Generate GST invoices, e-invoices, and maintain billing records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal departments.
  • Maintain vendor and customer account ledgers.
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
  • Assist in payroll accounting and salary reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
  • M.Com or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related roles.
  • Experience in FinTech, IT, Financial Services, or Banking industry will be preferred.
  • Required Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy Accounting Software, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
  • Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Experience in invoice processing and vendor management.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and MIS.
  • Basic understanding of payroll accounting.
