Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling students about courses, and converting leads into admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in students, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding admissions.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain student inquiry database and update records regularly.
• Assist students in filling application forms and completing documentation.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
• Conduct campus tours and explain institute facilities to students/parents.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents for positive experience.
