We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and professionally driven Brand Partnership Executive who can actively contribute towards vendor onboarding, brand collaboration, and supply partnership development for our quick commerce operations.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBrand Partnership & Vendor AcquisitionIdentify, approach, and onboard FMCG brands, distributors, wholesalers, and vendors for product supply partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers for long-term business collaboration.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, supply agreements, and product availability with vendors and brand partners.
• Coordinate with local and regional suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and inventory flow.
• Business Development & Supply CoordinationExpand the company’s vendor and brand network in FMCG, grocery, household, and quick commerce categories.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of vendors and partners.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors regarding stock availability, pricing updates, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain execution.
• Support product listing, catalog coordination, and promotional activities with partnered brands.
• Relationship ManagementBuild professional relationships with distributors, dealers, and brand representatives.
• Resolve vendor concerns and ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor databases, agreements, and partnership records.
• Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily and weekly reports related to vendor acquisition, partnership status, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with management regarding expansion plans and partnership opportunities.
• Achieve assigned business targets, onboarding goals, and operational KPIs.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Vendor acquisition and partnership development capability
• Knowledge of FMCG, retail, quick commerce, or e-commerce industry
• Relationship management and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations
• Good presentation and convincing ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong follow-up and multitasking capability
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Vendor Management, Brand Partnership, Sales, or Business Development preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and business development skills may also apply
