Job Description (JD) – Business Development Executive (BDE – IT)

Position: Business Development Executive (IT)

• Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads for Website Development, Mobile Apps, Software, Digital Marketing, SEO, Bulk WhatsApp, Cloud & IT Services, Hardware & Networking, Supply of Computer and Computer Hardware and allied services.
• Identify prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
• Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Update CRM, maintain sales reports, and provide regular MIS to management.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Skills Required:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
