Job Description
The Chinese Chef is a CDP level position where the candidate will be responsible for and setting of the Chinese Menu of the property. He will be required to work coordination with the Executive and Sous Chefs of the property. Prior experience in hospitality industry and in Chinese Cuisine are a must.
