Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise construction projects, manage site work, and ensure quality and timely completion of projects. The candidate should have technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and workers.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Supervise daily construction and site activities
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
* Check quality of construction materials and work
* Prepare and review site reports and project documentation
* Coordinate with contractors, architects, and labor teams
* Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed at the site
* Manage measurements, estimation, and billing work
* Solve technical issues related to construction work
* Visit project sites regularly and maintain work updates
Requirements:
* B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction planning
* Good communication and site management skills
* Ability to handle site work independently
* Experience in construction/site supervision preferred
Salary: As per interview and experience
