Job Description
Company Overview:
We operate multiple authorized home appliance service centers for leading brands. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Center Operations Executive to manage service operations, parts inventory records, complaint tracking, and administrative communication.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain spare parts inventory records in the company software/system.
- Monitor and update customer service complaints from opening to closure.
- Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and brand representatives regarding pending cases.
- Create and manage Service Authorization Requests (SAR/SAW) and other service-related documents.
- Prepare and send professional emails to brands, customers, and vendors.
- Update warranty claims, service reports, and job completion records.
- Track spare parts orders, receipts, and consumption.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and service databases.
- Follow up on pending complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Required SkillsGood computer operating skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to draft professional emails and reports.
- Good data entry speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with service management software/ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in service center operations, customer service, data entry, or office administration.
- Experience in home appliance, electronics, or service industry preferred.
- SalarySalary: As per experience and qualifications.
- Performance incentives may be offered based on efficiency and service targets.
- Preferred CandidateDetail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of working under deadlines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with spare parts management and complaint handling processes is an advantage.
