About the RolePlex Group is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital platforms, branding, and online marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and campaign management while working with experienced professionals across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
• Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Assist in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign execution.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Generate leads through digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and promotional materials.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Eligibility pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, BCA, B.Com, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Freshers with strong interest in Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic designing tools.
• Understanding of Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
