Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing EdTech company in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, SEO, website management, and lead generation.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Handle Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for better website ranking and organic traffic
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and overall web presence
- Work on lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for lead quality improvement
- Create marketing strategies for student admissions and branding
- Handle social media growth and engagement
- Monitor competitors and latest digital marketing trends
- Basic understanding of web development and website troubleshooting
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Experience in website handling and landing page creation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools
- Creative thinking with analytical mindset
- Good communication and team management skills
- Experience in EdTech marketing will be an added advantage
