Job Description – eCommerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated eCommerce Operations Manager to lead and manage a team of 10 Operations Executives while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring daily tasks, tracking team performance, maintaining operational quality, and ensuring timely completion of all assigned activities. The role involves supervising workflow, providing training and guidance to team members, handling client and seller escalations, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations. The candidate should monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare daily and monthly MIS reports, improve operational processes, ensure adherence to company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs), and drive team productivity through regular coaching and performance management. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in managing eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, with at least 2 years of team handling experience, and should be capable of leading a high-performing team while contributing to the organization's operational efficiency and business growth.
