Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive (FSE) – EDC / POS Sales

Role Overview:

The FSE will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and driving the sales of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) / POS machines. The role involves direct field sales, relationship building, and ensuring activation and usage of devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new merchants (retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.)

Pitch and sell EDC/POS machines and digital payment solutions

Demonstrate product features and benefits to merchants

Achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure timely installation and activation of devices

Train merchants on usage of EDC machines

Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants

Resolve merchant queries and provide after-sales support

Conduct field visits regularly in assigned territory

Key Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (minimum 12th pass may also apply)

Experience in field sales / channel sales preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in target-driven environment

Basic understanding of digital payments / fintech products

Own bike and valid driving license preferred

Number of EDC machines sold

Merchant onboarding count

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary + high performance incentives

Travel allowance (TA)

Additional bonuses based on targets
