Field Sales Executive

Job Requirement: Field Sales & After-Sales Support ExecutiveWe are looking for an energetic and responsible candidate for field sales, market development, after-sales support, documentation, and office paperwork.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective customers, government offices, institutions, dealers, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market surveys and identify potential customers, projects, tenders, and sales leads.
• Present company products and services, understand customer requirements, and coordinate for quotations and proposals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, installation, and service requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for installation, complaints, warranty, and service-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, installation reports, service reports, and other required documents.
• Handle tender-related documentation, customer correspondence, email communication, and general office paperwork.
• Collect documents, payments, acknowledgements, completion certificates, and other necessary records from customers.
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, sales records, follow-up reports, and pending work status.
• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, service engineers, and the office team for smooth execution of orders.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, documentation, MS Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, IT products, electronics, government offices, tender work, or after-sales services will be given preference.
• The candidate should be disciplined, presentable, honest, and capable of working independently.
