📍 Location: Ranchi
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities✅ Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud environments
✅ Ensure system security, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery
✅ Lead and mentor the IT team while driving technical excellence
✅ Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, Microsoft 365, websites, and business applications
✅ Oversee cybersecurity, IT assets, software licensing, and vendor management
✅ Plan and implement IT upgrades, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
✅ Troubleshoot critical technical issues and ensure seamless business operations
What We’re Looking For✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & System Administration
✔ Strong expertise in Windows/Linux Servers, Networking, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred CertificationsCCNA | MCSE | ITIL | AWS | Azure | VMware (Preferred)
