Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Analyze business data and prepare management reports.
- Develop and manage automated reporting systems.
- Use Java for basic application support, data processing, or report automation.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
- Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for management review.
- Track business performance and provide timely updates.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
- Support management in decision-making through accurate data analysis.
- Required SkillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Charts, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java programming.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
