Job Description
We are looking for skilled and creative people to join our team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in crafting and painting religious idols with attention to detail, artistic skills, and knowledge of traditional and modern techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Murti Manufacturer:
- Design and create idols using materials like clay, plaster of Paris (POP), fiber, or other mediums
- Mold, shape, and assemble idols as per design requirements
- Ensure proper finishing, detailing, and structural strength
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace
Painter:
- Paint idols with precision, creativity, and cultural accuracy
- Mix and apply colors, textures, and finishes effectively
- Add fine details like facial expressions, ornaments, and decorations
- Ensure high-quality finishing and durability of paint
Requirements:
- Prior experience in idol making or painting (preferred)
- Good artistic skills and creativity
- Knowledge of traditional designs and color combinations
