Job Description
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
Oversee Network Operations Center (NOC) activities and ensure network uptime and performance
Monitor network security and implement firewall policies
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation support
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal IT teams
Lead and mentor junior network engineers and support staff
Prepare network documentation, reports, and SOPs
Ensure network compliance, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
Support network expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
