Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense ledgers.
Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation.
Manage petty cash and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Support audit activities and provide necessary documents to auditors.
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, payroll, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in accounting.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and organizational skills.
