Job Description
The Peon / Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with routine tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Run office errands such as banking, post office work, and bill payments
- Ensure proper arrangement of office supplies and stationery
- Help in setting up meeting rooms
- Open and close the office as required
- Support staff with any additional administrative tasks
