We Are Hiring – Program Manager (NGO Operations & Fundraising)

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven professional to manage and grow our NGO operations.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the NGO

Plan and execute social events, awareness programs & campaigns

Build partnerships with corporates, institutions & stakeholders

Handle CSR funding, proposals & documentation

Fundraising through online/offline channels

Develop new strategies to expand NGO reach and impact

Coordinate with team, volunteers & external partners

🔷 Skills Required:

Strong communication & leadership skills

Experience in CSR funding / NGO operations

Knowledge of proposal writing & fundraising strategies

Networking & tie-up building ability

Event management skills

Basic documentation & reporting knowledge

🔷 Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years in NGO / CSR / Social sector preferred

(Freshers with strong skills & passion can also apply)
