Job Description

🚨 HIRING: SALES HEAD – REAL ESTATE (ONLY CORE REAL ESTATE LEADERS APPLY)

Location: Ranchi

Project: Premium Residential Development (2 & 3 BHK)

STRICT ELIGIBILITY FILTERThis role is ONLY for candidates with proven leadership experience in REAL ESTATE SALES.

Candidates from insurance, banking, automobile, or general sales backgrounds will be rejected immediately.

Individual contributors without team handling experience β€” DO NOT APPLY.

ROLE MANDATE You are not here to β€œmanage” β€” you are here to drive revenue and close inventory.

Your core responsibility:

Sell units. Build team. Create systems. Deliver numbers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Revenue Ownership

  • Drive monthly and quarterly booking targets
  • Ensure consistent inventory movement
  • Personally close high-value deals

2. Team Building & Performance

  • Hire, train, and manage sales executives
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly targets
  • Monitor site visits β†’ bookings conversion ratios

3. Sales Process & Strategy

  • Build strong follow-up and conversion systems
  • Improve lead quality handling (walk-ins, digital, CPs)
  • Optimize pricing discussions and negotiation frameworks

4. Channel Partner Network

  • Build and activate broker / CP network
  • Drive majority inventory through CPs where required

5. CRM & Funnel Control

  • Track complete funnel: Enquiry β†’ Visit β†’ Booking β†’ Closure
  • Ensure zero lead leakage
  • WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)10 years in Real Estate Sales (Residential Projects)
  • Minimum 5 years leading a team
  • Proven track record of monthly closures (numbers matter)
  • Strong grip on pricing, inventory strategy, and buyer psychology
  • Ability to work on ground β€” site presence is mandatory
