Job Description
Guest Services
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Process check-ins and assign rooms.
- Issue room keys and instructions.
- Provide information about hotel services.
- Recommend local attractions and dining.
- Process check-outs and departures.
📞 Communication & Booking
- Answer phone calls and route them.
- Manage reservations and cancellations.
- Respond to emails and inquiries.
- Coordinate wake-up calls for guests.
💳 Payments & Admin
- Verify guest IDs and information.
- Process payments and card transactions.
- Calculate bills and review charges.
- Balance cash drawers daily.
- Update guest records in software.
🛠️ Problem Solving & Support
- Resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Report maintenance issues immediately.
- Inform housekeeping of room statuses.
- Keep reception clean and organized.
