Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Drive individual and store sales targets consistently
• Demonstrate product knowledge, including designs, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
• Handle billing, payments, and basic inventory coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Stay updated on latest collections, trends, and competitor offerings
• Ensure store hygiene, display cleanliness, and overall presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery or premium retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in jewellery or fashion retail
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, or lightweight jewellery categories
• Sales-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
