Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Retail Sales Officer (RSO) for our Ranchi location. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence, and a pleasing personality with the ability to engage customers and contribute to store sales growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior retail experience/retail knowledge will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product display and store cleanliness standards
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Handle customer queries and provide satisfactory resolutions
• Support inventory management and stock maintenance
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines

Working Hours : 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

(Timings may extend up to 9:00 PM–9:30 PM depending on store operational requirements.)
