Job Description

Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive


Company: Ashirwad Properties

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and explain project details.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Other Instructions:

  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
  • Candidates from Ranchi or nearby locations will be given preference.
  • Please bring an updated resume and 2 passport-size photographs for the interview.
  • Carry original documents for verification (if shortlisted).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
