Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain the company's tailoring, stitching, alteration, and customization services.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

Schedule appointments for measurement or customer visits whenever required.

Maintain daily call records, lead status, and sales reports.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support team for order processing.

Inform customers about offers, discounts, new services, and promotional campaigns.

Collect customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.

Update customer details accurately in CRM, Excel, or company software.

Perform any additional sales or customer support tasks assigned by the management.
