Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships for a range of financial products including General Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Mutual Funds.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and networking.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Stay updated with financial products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial product sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds and insurance products.
• Local market knowledge of Ranchi preferred.
