Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Sales & Business Development Hierarchy Level: Executive Gender Preference: Male Only Age Preference: 21 to 35 Pay Structure: ₹44 to ₹95 Per Hour + Performance Incentives Reporting To: Operations Head Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day Week Off: Sunday or Friday Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Primary Responsibilities: 1. Call and follow up with website signups and customer enquiries. 2. Convert leads into confirmed orders through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups. 3. Handle customer chats professionally and guide customers in selecting products. 4. Contact old enquiries and inactive customers to generate repeat sales. 5. Develop and onboard new wholesale dealers and resellers. 6. Send quotations and pricing details to wholesale customers. 7. Maintain daily follow-up records and sales reports. 8. Resolve customer objections and increase conversion rates. 9. Build long-term relationships with dealers and repeat customers. 10. Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
