Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in property sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling residential and commercial properties while also being capable of coordinating traditional and digital advertising initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate and execute traditional marketing activities including newspaper advertisements, hoardings, radio, print media, and outdoor branding.
• Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and property portals.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Track campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI of marketing activities.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
