Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales for flats, plots, and premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally

• Understand client requirements for residential and investment properties

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients

• Conduct property site visits and project presentations for potential buyers

• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-up

• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks

• Maintain customer database and sales records properly

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

• Support digital marketing and lead conversion activities when required

• Participate in networking events, business meetings, and property exhibitions

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Good understanding of the local property market

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

• Professional attitude and presentable appearance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
