Job Description

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with clients
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records
  • Coordinate with field sales executives and logistics teams for order processing
  • Follow up with clients for order confirmation and payment status
  • Assist in tender documentation and submission (if applicable)
  • Provide product information related to explosives and blasting materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets
