Job Description

  1. Roles & Responsibilities – Handle branch/regional commercial operations including accounting, finance coordination, and administrative support activities.
  2. Maintain accurate sales accounting records and ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.
  3. Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection from customers and distributors.
  4. Coordinate closely with the sales team for payment follow-ups, outstanding recovery, and collection planning.
  5. Communicate with customers for ledger reconciliation, account clarification, and settlement of outstanding dues.
  6. Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and business performance reports for senior management review.
  7. Perform bank reconciliation activities and ensure proper tracking of banking transactions on a regular basis.
  8. Support audit, taxation, and statutory compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation and records.
  9. Coordinate with branches for administrative, commercial, and financial operational requirements.
  10. Utilize accounting software like Tally and advanced Excel functions for reporting, data analysis, and financial management.
