We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Analysis to join our CA Firm in Ranchi for clients outside India; The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audit support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccountingMaintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• AuditingSupport internal and external audit activities.
• Verify financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial data and prepare MIS reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance indicators.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MCom, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation basics.
• Understanding of audit procedures and financial controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Reporting).
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in preparing MIS and financial dashboards.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.
