Role Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Leader to design, develop, and scale our quick commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end development (frontend + backend), managing high-traffic systems, and leading a small tech team to deliver fast, scalable, and reliable solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Platform Development & ArchitectureDesign and develop scalable architecture for order management, inventory, and delivery tracking systems
• Build and maintain frontend (React.js) and backend (Python/Laravel) systems
• Develop high-performance APIs for mobile and web applications
• Implement real-time features (order tracking, notifications)
• Ensure system scalability, uptime, and performance optimization
• Frontend (React) ResponsibilitiesBuild responsive UI for product listing, cart, checkout, and tracking
• Optimize performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization
• Handle API integrations and frontend error handling
• Manage application state using Redux/Context API
• Backend & System ResponsibilitiesDevelop REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) and queue systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Optimize databases and handle large-scale data efficiently
• Integrate third-party services (payments, logistics, notifications)
• Team Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor developers
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams
• Manage sprint planning, deadlines, and delivery
• Required Key Skills (E-commerce & Quick Commerce Focus):Technical Skills:Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask) or Laravel (PHP)
• Advanced knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience with high-traffic and real-time systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with optimization techniques
• Caching (Redis), queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Git
• Frontend Expertise:Virtual DOM, React hooks (useState, useEffect)
• State management (Redux/Context API)
• Performance optimization techniques
• Practical / Real-World Capabilities:Ability to handle 10,000+ orders per minute during peak traffic
• Experience in designing real-time order tracking systems
• Managing inventory sync between warehouse and application
• Handling system failures, downtime, and recovery strategies
